Liliana Viola

Liliana Viola (Buenos Aires, 1963) is a journalist, editor, playwright, and screenwriter. She founded SOY, Argentina’s first weekly newspaper supplement on sexual diversity, which she edited for 14 years. She is the author of two acclaimed biographies, anthologies, and plays staged at leading cultural venues. Viola has also written TV documentaries and curated books, exhibitions, and festivals focused on gender, memory, and queer culture.
